Michelle Ortega is a seasoned executive consultant and Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence and transformational growth for global organizations. As the founder of MTSCOE, a veteran- and woman-owned firm, Michelle specializes in leading complex projects, optimizing business processes, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance organizational performance and profitability.
Michelle embraces a servant leadership approach, working closely with top executives to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. She provides critical insights and hands-on leadership, ensuring business objectives are met while empowering teams to perform at their best. Her key areas of expertise include global service and product delivery, program management, financial optimization, and leadership development.
