Founded in 2022 as an advisory practice, MTSCOE began as an acronym for Mission Truth Strength Center of Excellence, built on a commitment to excellence, integrity, and Kingdom impact.
But God had a greater purpose.
From the start, Mission, Truth, and Strength were more than values; they were a calling to walk in purpose, live in truth, and stand in strength across every area of life: business, ministry, and personal growth.
And just as God reveals Himself through many names - Father, Provider, Healer, King - so too, the second half of our name, COE, reflects the many Spirit-led expressions of one unshakable foundation.

Born in 2024 from a shift toward spiritual transformation, MTSCOE Ministries is the Community of Encouragement within our mission. Grounded in intercession, biblical truth, and discipleship, we stand on three pillars:
- Mission – Rooted in the love and purpose of God the Father, who calls us to share His love and lead others into His Kingdom.
- Truth – Anchored in Jesus Christ, the Son, who is the way, the truth, and the life.
- Strength – Empowered by The Holy Spirit, who gives boldness, courage, and supernatural endurance.
MTSCOE Ministries reveals a new dimension of COE:
- Community of Encouragement—a Spirit-led movement grounded in prayer, discipleship, and healing through biblical truth and intercession.
By His grace and love, we witness supernatural transformation—faith ignited, hearts healed, and Kingdom impact released into homes, communities, and beyond.

In 2023, the Lord birthed a vision in prayer — a Holy Spirit download that marked a prophetic shift for MTSCOE. Building on Advisory, Ministries, and WarriorWear, this is a divine assignment.
Hope Village | The Sanctuary is the heartbeat of our mission:
- A refuge for the wounded.
- A restoration well for the weary.
- A training ground for Kingdom warriors.
- A holy place where rescue, restoration, and emergence flow under the Spirit’s leading.
Rooted in God’s Word
It fulfills our threefold Kingdom mandate:
- Mission – To rescue the oppressed and restore the weary through the Father’s redeeming love (John 3:16).
- Truth – To anchor hearts in God’s Word, rebuilding lives on Christ’s foundation (Matthew 7:24).
- Strength – To raise Spirit-empowered leaders walking in victory and authority (Acts 1:8).
A Convergence of Emunah
The Sanctuary is more than a safe place, it is where James 1:27 and Matthew 28:19-20 converge: covenant trust and faith in action.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1)
Here, hope is not theory; it becomes substance as God’s people act in faith, rescue the oppressed, and multiply disciples.
Holy Ground
From this modern-day Goshen (Exodus 8:22) will flow rivers of living water (John 7:38), ministries that rescue, disciple, and deploy — grounded in the Word, led by the Spirit, powered by love.
By God’s grace, Hope Village will be a place of freedom, fire, and faith — a prophetic blueprint for Kingdom transformation across spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).

Michelle Ortega is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, executive consultant, and ministry leader with over 25 years of experience leading global organizations through transformation, operational excellence, and growth.
As the founder of MTSCOE, a veteran- and woman-owned firm, Michelle integrates executive-level expertise with a Kingdom-first mindset. Her dual calling is clear: to equip leaders in both the marketplace and ministry to steward influence with integrity, boldness, and faith.
Michelle is also the visionary behind Hope Village | The Sanctuary, a Christ-centered refuge and training ground for women, children, and future leaders. What began as business consulting after COVID has become a prophetic assignment to build sustainable communities where rescue, restoration, and discipleship converge.
Her leadership is anchored in three dimensions:
