The short version: I'm the person you call when the picture isn't clear.

Twenty-five years across five continents, doing one consistent job: cutting through noise so leadership can act.

I joined the Marine Corps at eighteen and was handed responsibility for secure communications platforms that were eventually fielded across the U.S. Armed Forces. It taught me the thing that has defined every role since: under pressure, most people reach for more information. What they actually need is someone who can tell them which information matters.

That became the career. At R.R. Donnelley I spent seven years as a Director running a $40M global service delivery portfolio, and built the hosted digital services line that repositioned the company's managed services offering. It produced $12M+ in revenue growth. At Central States Funds I led enterprise modernization of mission-critical systems, delivering a 30% operational improvement and materially reducing compliance risk in an environment where compliance failures are not survivable.

Along the way I picked up an MBA, a PMP, and a CSM. Useful credentials. None of them are why organizations bring me in.

They bring me in because I've sat in the room when the numbers were bad, the team was fractured, and someone had to say the true thing out loud before anything could be fixed. That's a specific skill. You don't get that from a framework. You get it from having done it enough times to stop being afraid of the moment.

How I work

Most consultants deliver a recommendation and leave before the hard part. I step into the problem, align the people, make the calls, and stay through execution, because a strategy nobody implements is just an expensive document, and because the outcome is what I want to be measured on.

I tell you the truth early. You are not paying me to agree with you. You have people for that already, and they're cheaper.

I move fast on decisions and slow on people. Structures can be changed in a quarter. Trust cannot. Transformation that runs over the top of people doesn't hold.

I build so I'm not needed. The measure of an interim or fractional engagement is whether the organization is stronger after I leave. I build the structure, the systems, and the accountability to sustain it. If it all depends on me walking back through the door, I did the job wrong.

What I believe

I'm a Christian. I don't lead with it in a boardroom, and I don't hide it either. You're going to work with me, so you should know what governs me.

Practically, it means a few things you can count on. I will not tell you what you want to hear. I don't take engagements where I'd have to misrepresent something to make the work go smoothly. I treat the people inside your organization as people rather than line items, including when the recommendation is a hard one. And I hold what you tell me in confidence.

I'm also a licensed minister, ordained through Charis Bible College, and I lead a faith-based initiative called Hope Village. I mention it not because it's a qualification for the work, it isn't, but because I've found that executives who care about how their organization treats people usually want to know who they're actually hiring.

If that's a fit, we'll do great work together. If it isn't, no hard feelings, I'd rather we both find that out now than three months in.
