While rescue is essential, true healing requires stability, family connection, and environments designed for lasting support.
That’s why Hope Village was created.
To bridge the gap between rescue and long-term restoration through permanent family environments, trauma-informed care, discipleship, and vocational pathways for healing, stability, and purpose.

Hope Village is designed as a place of preparation for the future as well as care for the present — a sustainable refuge where food systems, water access, and community support work together to foster long-term resilience.
It is a living model of restoration and stability, built to serve both immediate needs and enduring community strength.
Founder & Strategic Vision
Hope Village was founded by Michelle L. Ortega, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and transformational executive. Her work bridges strategic planning, program design, and operational frameworks with servant leadership principles to create sustainable, high-impact systems of care.
The long-term vision is to develop a scalable and replicable model that strengthens communities, supports vulnerable populations, and expands sustainable restoration over time.
Hope Village is guided by three anchors:
- Mission — reflecting the Father’s heart to live out His redeeming love
- Truth — grounded in the life and teachings of Jesus
- Strength — empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk in courage and faith
The Convergence of Emunah is where faith, strategy, and operational excellence come together to create lasting transformation.
Faith is not only belief, it is lived expression.
