Thousands of children rescued from trafficking, abuse, and neglect still face rotating placements and institutional environments. Most systems focus on rescue. Few restore.
That’s why Hope Village was created.
To turn rescue into true restoration through Christ-centered family and healing.
The Vision
Hope Village is a Christ-centered sanctuary where the most vulnerable are rescued and restored through permanent family homes, trauma-informed care, discipleship, and vocational pathways.

For Hope Village, COE represents the “Convergence of Emunah” - where faith, strategy, and operational excellence meet to create lasting transformation.
Hope Village is where the Great Commandment and the Great Commission converge:
- The Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37–40: love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself, expressed through James 1:27: caring for the vulnerable and oppressed)
- The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20: make disciples of all nations)

Ortega, a transformational executive and USMC Veteran, Hope Village combines strategic planning, program design, and operational frameworks with servant leadership principles to deliver high-impact, sustainable outcomes.
