MTSCOE Ministries is a Spirit-led ministry devoted to healing, discipleship, and spiritual growth. We exist to encourage believers, restore the brokenhearted, and equip people to walk boldly in their identity and calling.
Founder’s Journey
Michelle L. Ortega is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and licensed minister, called by God to lead with the discipline of a warrior and the compassion of a shepherd.
She is now advancing through her third year of intensive advanced leadership training at Charis Bible College. This season is one of divine consecration and strategic equipping, as the Lord forges in her the vision, resilience, and spiritual authority needed for the assignment ahead.
Out of this calling, Hope Village was born – a Christ-centered sanctuary of healing and restoration for children rescued from trafficking and trauma, where broken lives are transformed into Kingdom leaders who will shape generations.
If the Holy Spirit stirs your heart to stand with this mission through prayer, encouragement, or support, your partnership is deeply valued and will help build something that lasts for eternity.
Prayer for Those Visiting
Abba Father, I lift up the person reading this and ask for Your gentle healing touch in their life. Draw them and their loved ones closer to You through true repentance, lifting any veils that cloud their vision so they can see Your truth clearly. Guide their steps onto the straight path that aligns with Your loving will, leading them into the special moments and purposes You planned for them long ago.
Lord Jesus, fill them with Your unending love, reminding them that You are always near and will never leave or forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). No matter how far they may feel they've wandered, know that You're ready to welcome them back with open arms, into Your kingdom, Your family, and Your faithful embrace.
Holy Spirit, speak tenderly to their heart with unique words of comfort, love, and renewal. Guide them back to the beautiful path You designed for them from the beginning, surrounding them with Your grace and favor like a protective shield.
