Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. (Habakkuk 2:2)
In this season of clarity and surrender, I’m stepping out in obedience to write the vision. As each step of faith is taken, the next becomes visible, like a brick appearing beneath my feet. This is the beginning of a long-term pursuit for the glory of God, and you’re invited to walk it with me.
The Sanctuary is more than a place. It is a prophetic assignment.
Born from a vision to rescue the lost, heal the wounded, and restore purpose, The Sanctuary is a Christ-centered refuge for the oppressed — especially women and children recovering from trauma, exploitation, and the bondage of sex trafficking. Whether fleeing cycles of abuse or seeking a new beginning, this is holy ground where lives are rebuilt on the solid rock of God’s Word.
We serve as a safe harbor for the weary, a training ground for Kingdom leaders, and a launchpad for Spirit-filled impact.

Mission Statement
Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we save lives, heal hearts, and feed souls with the Bread of Life. We raise up Kingdom-minded leaders who fund and sustain God’s mission on Earth through Christ-centered business, spiritual discipleship, and restorative ministries.
Vision Statement
To glorify God by rescuing, healing, and restoring lives through Jesus Christ while equipping Godly leaders to advance His Kingdom and fulfill His will on Earth.
Thematic Goal
To establish a Christ-centered sanctuary for spiritual restoration, economic empowerment, and sustainable ministry, while mobilizing a global network of Kingdom-minded leaders.
What We Need to Build The Sanctuary
If it pleases the king... let letters be given... (Nehemiah 2:5–8)
We’ve written the vision. Now we humbly share what’s needed to build it.
We trust that those the Lord stirs will know if and how to run with it.
Top Needs for Phase One:
- 100+ acres of land — zoned for agriculture and ministry
- Safe housing — tiny homes, cabins, or RVs for women, children & staff
- Worship & training space — modular or permanent structures
- Basic farm equipment — tractor, utility vehicle, fencing, water access
- Volunteers, intercessors & skilled labor — builders, gardeners, teachers, counselors
- Financial partners — monthly or one-time givers to help lay the foundation
“Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.”

In 2023, the vision for The Sanctuary was birthed in prayer, a Holy Spirit download that marked a prophetic shift in the trajectory of MTSCOE.
This was not just a good idea. It was a divine assignment.
The Sanctuary is the physical and spiritual heartbeat of our mission:
A refuge for the wounded.
A restoration well for the weary.
A training ground for Kingdom warriors.
A holy place where rescue, restoration, and emergence flow in one rhythm under the Spirit’s leading.
It reflects the fullness of our threefold Kingdom mandate:
- Mission – To rescue the broken and restore the weary through the redeeming love of the Father.
- Truth – To anchor hearts in the Word of God and rebuild lives upon the unshakable foundation of Jesus Christ.
- Strength – To raise up Spirit-empowered leaders, entrepreneurs, and ministers who walk in victory, identity, and authority.
Commissioning of Emergence: A Prophetic Mantle
At The Sanctuary, Commissioning of Emergence is not just a phrase, it’s a divine mandate. This is where the rescued are restored, and the restored are commissioned.
Here, men and women emerge - healed, whole, and holy - into the fullness of their Kingdom identity and assignment:
“He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge.”
(Psalm 91:4)
“He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.”
(Psalm 23:2–3)
“…to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”
(Ephesians 4:12)
From this Sanctuary will flow rivers of living water, ministries that rescue, disciple, and deploy. Each one grounded in the Word, led by the Spirit, and powered by love.
By God’s grace, The Sanctuary will be holy ground, a place of freedom, fire, and faith.
